By accessing or using BrandForge Content Studio (the "Service"), operated by PixelBoost, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BrandForge Content Studio is a hosted platform that allows organisations to store a brand profile and generate brand-aligned marketing content using AI. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You agree not to use the Service to generate unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or abusive content, and not to attempt to circumvent usage limits, security controls, or tenant isolation between organisations.
Content produced by the Service is generated using AI models and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or statements that do not reflect your brand's facts. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing or distributing it.
Content generated on behalf of your organisation belongs to your organisation, subject to your subscription remaining in good standing and compliance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelBoost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
