Who operates this platform

BrandForge Content Studio is operated by PixelBoost (pixelboost.co.nz), based in New Zealand. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We collect and process the following categories of information:

• Account data — your email address and authentication details, managed via Supabase Auth.
• Organisation and brand profile data — organisation name, brand colours, tone of voice, audience profiles, and other brand settings you configure.
• Uploaded brand assets and documents — logos, style guides, and reference files you upload to your organisation.
• Generated content — outputs produced by the platform on your behalf, and the requests that generated them.
• Usage and billing data — subscription plan, usage metrics, and payment information processed via Stripe.

How AI processing works

Content generation is performed server-side using third-party AI providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic. When you request content, relevant brand profile context (such as tone of voice, approved wording, and audience details) is sent to these providers to produce brand-aligned output. AI API keys and requests are never exposed to your browser.

Cookies

We use cookies strictly for session authentication — to keep you signed in and to identify your active organisation. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.

Your rights

You may request access to, or deletion of, your personal data at any time by contacting us at warren@pixelboost.co.nz. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
